Standard American Diet - (A fair amount of processed foods, regular fast food, and sugar; no concern about carbs or fats)
Somewhat Healthy - (Try to eat home cooked most of the time, vegetables a 3-4 times a week, but have desserts/treats often)
Very Healthy - (Quality proteins, veggies, real-food sources of carbs and fats, very little sugar)
Health Nut - (Grassfed, all natural and organic only, no sugar, no processed foods)
