Leah Harvey  has been helping women take back their health and reach goals like hormone balance, improved metabolism, and weight loss since 2018. Having used nutrition and lifestyle to fully overcome her own health struggles with hormone imbalance, amenorrhea (loss of menstrual cycle), hypothyroidism, adrenal dysfunction, sleep disturbances, fatigue and burnout, she coaches from a place of deep experience.

Combining nutrition principles of food-as-medicine and metabolic flexibility with real-life strategies for overcoming mindset challenges like relationship with food, lack of consistency, and changing habits, her holistic approach has helped hundreds of women achieve the best health of their lives.
