After spending years in the grip of sugar and carb addiction, losing control around sweets, treats, and holiday foods, easily influenced by what everyone around me was eating, and then experiencing headaches, stomach aches, low energy, bloating, and other symptoms that kept me feeling miserable...
I embarked on a health journey that radically transformed my metabolism, hormones, and overall health that was such an incredible experience, I became dedicated to my healthy lifestyle! But then, when holidays rolled around I set very strict boundaries for myself because I didn't want to feel bad, but I felt deprived of treats and sweets, and resented those around me who where indulging. I stayed strong but I wasn't enjoying myself.
