Leah Harvey has been helping women take back their health and reach goals like hormone balance, improved metabolism, and weight loss since 2018. Having used nutrition and lifestyle to fully overcome her own health struggles with hormone imbalance, amenorrhea (loss of menstrual cycle), hypothyroidism, adrenal dysfunction, sleep disturbances, fatigue and burnout, she coaches from a place of deep experience.
